2020 is the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau. Mark this moment in history by safekeeping your family member’s story of survival.

This Workshop is designed specifically for family members of Holocaust survivors.

Learn the Fundamentals of Storykeeping and capture your family’s Holocaust story in five to six Slices that include events before, during, and after the war, as well as your own next-generation reflections and insights.

**A free membership to the Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center  ($100 value) is included with workshop registration to provide additional resources for exploring your family’s story!

Things to know:

  • Register early because space is limited. Workshops are small group experiences.
  • Basic computer literacy is required in order to access materials from our website at home.
  • Expect to spend 60-90 minutes between sessions working at home.
  • We give some guidance regarding historical research, but research is not the focus of this Workshop and is conducted independently at your discretion.

For first timers to Storykeeping.

Their stories are your stories, whether they are still with you or not. In this Workshop you’ll capture some essential stories of one of your parents while learning the Fundamentals of Storykeeping. Walk away with 3 Slices and the know-how to Craft as many Slices as you like.
